Visual Programming: Learn a thing or Two from Rebol?

REBOL

Since Visual Programming is the topic du jour, I’d say that Rebol offers an example of principles that may be helpful. Rebol brings the idea of broadly other DSLs for different tasks. Given that there in point of fact is no option to constitute all aspects of a program on one picture, although it’s 3-d, the theory of having other photos – frequently with other visible metaphors – for various aspects sounds like a approach to move. Also gives the option of getting textual content DSLs for some duties and pictorial representations for others.
